Kanishk completed his LL.M. from King’s College London in 2019 with a high merit. He is an alumnus of Bharati Vidyapeeth University’s College of Law, and has had a chance to intern with the reputed law firms of the country, the Indian Judiciary, and various government departments. His research and academic interest is in Competition Law. Apart from that, he is also inclined towards Arbitration, and the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code. At King’s, he researched on the topic “Identifying and prohibiting Anti-competitive agreements under India’s Competition Law: Lessons from the EU” under the tutelage of Professor Alison Jones.


During his undergraduate studies, Kanishk also worked as Team Leader for the social sector of AIESEC in Pune, world’s largest non-profit youth run organisation for a period of 2 years. Besides law, he also has a deep interest in Music which he pursues heartedly during his leisure time, and has won several accolades for his School & College.
