Nimisha Thomas has completed her LL.M at the School of International Arbitration, Queen Mary University of London (2018-19). She completed her BA. LLB from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2017and also holds a PG Diploma in International Trade & Business Law from the esteemed Indian Society of International Law. She qualified the Indian Bar in 2017. Currently, she is a member of the International Bar Council.
She specialises in Comparative & International Dispute Resolution and is a student member of the prestigious CIArb. Her areas of interest include very emerging and prominent fields of dispute resolution like Investment Treaty Arbitration, Construction Arbitration also, International Trade Law, WTO laws and Transnational Laws.
She has exposure in various fields of law like IPR, Criminal law, Civil law, Constitutional law and organisations like the Ministry of External Affairs, Sai Krishna & Associates, etc. She has also worked in the honourable Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, District Courts of Delhi and the NCDRC with prominent names in the field.
