Ms. Nisha Nair specializes in Educational planning and Administration and English Literature. She is engaged in research in the area of Higher Education, Pedagogy, and Education Technology. Her recent publications include, Use of ICT in Education: Importance and Challenges(2015), Attitude of pedagogues towards use of technology and its impact on English Language teaching (2015) and learning, Teacher Education in India: concerns and challenges (2015) and Deconstructing the Gaze (2016). Ms. Nair has close to 3.5 years of teaching experience. Before joining the Academia, she was working with various multinational companies and has over four years of experience in the Human Resources (HR). She also holds a Post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis School of Distance learning, Pune. Ms. Nair is the faculty coordinator for JGU Book Club and Gender Studies reading group at O.P. Jindal Global University.
