Pratiksha completed her under graduation in Bachelor in Business Administration and Law in 2017 from School of Law, Christ University. Her dissertation delved into one of the aspects of international commercial arbitration titled- ‘A Paradox between Party Autonomy and Public Policy’.

She completed her Master of Laws with a specialisation in Corporate and Commercial Laws at School of Law, Christ University. Her dissertation explored the basis for holding corporates criminally liable for their actions or inactions – titled ‘Corporate Criminal Liability- A critical Analysis’. With the development of jurisprudence in this regard, this aspect requires detailed legal research which has a practical application in the field as well.

She has also completed her Master of Corporate Law (MCL) at the University of Cambridge.

She has been published in national and international law journals and has worked in litigation and corporate law offices.

She has also been a part of two legal aid camps in association with the Karnataka State Legal

Services Authority, at Malanayanakalli, Kolar District and Hiredoddavadi, Tumkur District, Karnataka, that seeks to provide free legal aid and advice to the rural parts of India.

Her areas of interests are Corporate and Commercial Laws and Competition Law.
