Ritu is an Indian Advocate and a Solicitor of England and Wales, having an expertise in dealing with transnational corporate and commercial transactions.


Ritu’s legal career began with the job of a Research Assistant at the University of Nottingham, UK, while pursuing full-time LL.M. in International Commercial Law in 2004.


In 2006, after having a brief stint of litigation in the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India, Ritu moved to corporate and commercial law practice with Indian law firms. She qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2008 and joined the corporate and commercial team of Follett Stock Solicitors, Cornwall, UK. Ritu has a work experience of 15 years while practising with law firms and MNCs in the jurisdictions of India and the United Kingdom.


Currently, Ritu is working as a Corporate and Commercial Legal Consultant and a part-time Academician. She has taught International Trade Law and Professional Ethics to LL.M. and LL.B. students at Northcap University, Gurugram from 2017 to 2019.
