LL.M. Graduate from University of Washington School of Law ( Class of 2018-19) . 

Ms. Sanjini Jain was selected as a Research Assistant to Professor Anna Endter, Head of Research Services at Marian Gould Gallagher Law Library. She was also selected as the LL.M. Representative at the Women’s Law Caucus and also served as the  Student Editor at the Washington International Law Journal.  

Ms. Jain previously worked with the Vikram Sarabhai Group, a leading pharmaceutical company in Gujarat. Her work involved-

-Providing Legal Advice to the company and its subsidiaries on matters pertaining to Company Law, Real Estate, Labor Law Disputes, Drugs & Cosmetics Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Contract Law, Arbitration Law, International Trade.

-Drafting & Vetting of all the Agreements & Contracts of the Company.

– Advising the company on how to minimize risk while doing International Transactions

– Liasoning with the Advocates ( both Domestic & International) for litigation matters ; Briefing the counsels.

Ms. Jain undertook 11 internships spanning from NGO’s , Advocates, corporate group, law firms and at a Big 4 as a law student at Institute of Law, Nirma University. 

In order to ensure that her learning was not restricted only to academic activities, Ms. Jain took a proactive approach and was responsible for setting Superlawyer Chapter (www.superlawyer.in) at her Institute. SuperLawyer is a legal website focused at giving career and professional insights from professionals in the legal field. She Served as a Campus President for the same and led a team of 6 people which shaped her leadership qualities. She also served as the Senior Editor at Legal Trigger for the academic year 2014-15. It was the first online weekly newspaper in the country offering latest developments made by the Indian Judiciary. The efforts were well lauded by the Indian media and were featured in a leading daily newspaper in India for the same.
