Apoorva Sharma teaches intellectual property rights (IPR) at JGLS. His research interests include: IPR, constitutional law, labour law and criminal law. Prior to joining JGLS, he was an Associate Editor at the Center for Law and Policy Research (CLPR) for their Constituent Assembly Debates Project. Apoorva has completed his LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He has also worked as a Law Clerk cum Research Assistant under Justice Ranjana Desai at the Supreme Court from 2013 to 2014. He received his BA LLB (Hons.) from National Law University, Delhi in 2013.
