Vinitika finished her B.A.,LL.B. (Hons) from Jindal Global Law School in 2018. She acquired her LL.M. in International Law from the University of Cambridge in 2019. Her area of interest is Public International Law, mainly International Trade Law, International IP Law, Investment Law, International Environmental Law and International Criminal Law. Her research areas focus on the various linkages between these fields.


She has previously worked with Geneva-Georgetown TradeLab, under the supervision of Prof. Joost Pauwelyn. She has also worked at Brookings Institute (India) and Lakshmikumaran Sridharan (Indian Law Firm) on Bilateral Investment Treaties, and Trade Remedies respectively.

As a student at JGLS, she was the Teaching Assistant for Prof. Gudmunder Eiriksson for ‘Law of the Sea’. She has also authored various publications on contemporary issues of Public International Law.
